As announced, the founder of IDS Scheer, Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. mult. August-Wilhelm Scheer and Prof. Dr. Alexander Pocsay, have left their positions on the Supervisory Board after selling their shares in IDS Scheer AG to Software AG (SAG Beteiligungs GmbH). Both Prof. Scheer, Supervisory Board Chairman of IDS Scheer AG, and Prof. Pocsay, Deputy Chairman, are withdrawing from the Supervisory Board with immediate effect.
